Nintendo is supporting “indie” games. Sort of.
Safari on Windows. I understand why they have to do this before the iPhone comes out, but it’s going to be just as broken as iTunes is on Windows.
iTunes (Do you capitalize that at the beginning of a sentence?) on Windows is a total memory hog, breaks every UI guideline, and has a nasty habit of locking files and DLLs that it shouldn’t even be using for long periods of time. Don’t even get me started on the video playback functionality.
iTunes has taken to informing me that there’s a new version now every time I start it, but the installer will not run on my computer because of an obscure 2701 error (or something like that) which according to the internets is caused by not having VBScript installed and enabled on my computer. No other company requires me to have VBScript to install their product! WTF, Apple? I thought it was supposed to just work?
Oh, and P.S. I don’t want to install the new version of Quicktime either and I really don’t want you to reactivate the system tray icon for it. I deactivated it for a reason.
